Bathroom (with bath and shower) and separate toilet.  Use of kitchen freely as required. Breakfast cereal, tea and coffee items provided. Modern washing machine and ironing facilities. No smoking or animals (sorry). Landline phone to most countries free, as is broadband internet connection.

Own keys, use accommodation as 'own home'.
